Salt enhances the flavor of literally everything. Many times, all a dish needs is more salt. 

☝🏻You are adding too much black pepper. Pepper and salt are not the same although they are used interchangeably- pepper changes the flavor and adds a bitterness. 

🐠The white on the salmon are cooked proteins meaning it was cooked too long. 

🧄Don’t add garlic at the same time as your onion or you will have a bitter dish with burnt garlic and undercooked onions. 

🥩You are searing incorrectly. Hot pan + cool oil = foods don’t stick. 

🌶️Drizzling sriracha for aesthetic plating points will ruin your dish. 

🍋Citrus zest can take a dish from a 7 to a 10 pretty easily. 

🤢 If you leave food on your counter overnight, no it’s not safe to eat no matter what the local mom group tells you 😂 

🧅Adding your onions *after* you brown ground meat will dry out the meat. Add them first.

DETAILS👇🏻 This is also the best way to clean DETAILS👇🏻 This is also the best way to clean out your fridge before you travel 🚙 I packed everything in a pre-chilled @yeti with extra ice packs for our 3-4 hour drive to the beach. 

🍊Cranberry Orange Chicken Salad (in my EBOOK)
🍫Paleo Brownie Batter Bark (a @rachlmansfield recipe)
🍏Mom’s Apple Lemon Tuna Salad (on my site) I also added hard boiled @vitalfarms eggs and grated carrots. 
🥕Pastured Beef with Veggies (a no recipe recipe) Brown 2 lbs of pastured ground beef with seasonings and onion. Add grated veggies like carrots and zucchini and some fresh garlic. Saute then add 1/4 cup coconut aminos and about a cup of chicken or beef broth. Simmer for 15-20 then stir in 1-2 Tablespoons of tapioca powder at the end to create a gravy-like sauce consistency. Serve with pasta, atop baked potatoes or with rice.
