Our weekly preset menu, selected by Chefs Salls, features 3 family-style entrées and 3 family-style sides. This menu rotates weekly and is offered at an all-inclusive discounted rate -- substitutions will be politely declined.

Our GF breaded then baked organic chicken cutlets topped with creamy havarti cheese, caramelized onions, sautéed cremini mushrooms and fresh thyme then served with our dijonaise on the side for dipping.

Wild-caught sockeye salmon topped with a lemon, feta and fresh dill crust. Served with more fresh lemon on the side.

Southwestern Organic Turkey Burgers with Poblano Crema

Southwestern-spiced organic bun-less turkey burgers topped with creamy havarti, fajita-sauteed veggies, local micro-cilantro with our scratch-made Poblano Crema on the side.

Ranch Grilled Pork Chops with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
