🍎Supporting Restaurants that show *care* in ingredients- this is really important to me. If a restaurant goes the extra mile to focus on sustainable and local ingredients and cooking with clean oils, they have me as a customer👏🏻 (picture from @eatwellatx)

🧁Mini ½ Birthday Celebrations- this is a simple way that I can romanticize life and appeal to my inner child. Of course, my 4.5 year-old son adores it too!
 
🦴Bone Broth before Bed- I’m currently in my gut-supporting era and as long as you don’t have a histamine intolerance, bone broth is full of collagen and gelatin which can help strengthen and repair the gut lining as well as reduce inflammation. 

🫘Fancy 7 Layer Dip- my homage to that classic 7 layer dip that we all know and love- but elevated for game day. Dropping this Sunday! 👀 

🥣Sunday Meal Prep- has become my weekly non-negotiable to keep me eating clean and lowering my anxiety on busier weekdays. 

🍲Clean Ingredient Dinner Shortcuts- delicious comfort foods don’t have to be packed full of paragraphs of ingredients and additives! Look for simple 2-ingredient options like these @rootsfarmfresh tater tots- only organic potatoes and organic avocado oil makes weeknight dinner a breeze. 

👩🏼‍🍳Cooking with my 4YO- my son has really expressed an interest in helping me cook the last several months. I’ve found when we cook together- like these Crunchy Beef & Bean Tacos (from my site), he eats more adventurously and shows more curiosity. 

🍎Nutrient-Dense Seasonal Desserts- there is nothing cozier than a warm bowl of cobbler- even moreso with seasonal autumn apples and pears. This gluten-free and refined sugar-free treat is brand new on my site👀 

🌙A Sacred Nighttime Routine- prioritizing sleep is sacred for me and so is my nighttime routine. Lately, I’ve been loving a nutrient-dense sweet treat (with protein and healthy fats so I don’t spike my blood sugar), alongside a cozy drink like this @Justingredients Lemon Chamomile Nighttime Relax drink. RECIPES/DETAILS🍂 🎃Starbucks Pumpkin Cream C RECIPES/DETAILS🍂

🎃Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin dupe (GF/refined sugar-free)- an @olivia.adriance recipe🍂

🍎Apple Pie Chia Pudding
Yields six 4 oz mason jars

1 13.5 oz can of full-fat coconut CREAM
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Generous splash of vanilla extract
Generous splash of maple syrup 
1/3 cup chia seeds

Apple Pie Topping:
2 medium apples, diced small
2 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil
2 Tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of mineral salt

Add Apple Pie Topping ingredients to a small saucepan, and saute over medium heat until syrup is bubbling and apples are softened, 5-6 minutes. Set aside to cool. 

To a blender, combine coconut cream, applesauce, cinnamon, vanilla and maple and blend until combined. Stir in chia seeds and spoon amongst mason jars. Add cooled Apple Pie Topping atop each jar and chill preferably overnight to thicken. Enjoy!

🍠Sloppy Janes- inspired by a delicious looking plate from @the.daily.balance. It’s essentially your fave turkey chili or sloppy joe recipe stuffed in Japanese sweet potatoes with slaw & pickled jalapeños. I also added avocado and it was 10/10.

🥕Carrot Apple Wild Tuna Salad- this was essentially my fave Mom’s Apple Lemon Tuna Salad (on my site) with the addition of 1 grated carrot. So delish and full of fiber!

🍇Also, I always prep my fruit/veggies washed in @branchbasics with a salad spinner
